Chapter 2: Training ground.

Dillion pov's

I groaned inwardly as the blaring sons of the alarm rang again disturbing my sleep.

It kept making disturbing sounds making me rolled on the bed countless times as I wish it could stop immediately so that I can go back to my wonderful nap.

But unfortunately, I need to be up and get ready for my morning workout before going to the training ground for teaching on how to use my powers.

It not like I want to be there but I can't disobey my father and as the prince of the land is my duty to protect the people of Pluto, do I have no option other than to do it and pretend to be happy about it.

I went to my showering room and splashed water on my face, maybe then the sleep will go away and let me do my little exercise before everybody is up.

I went to my closet and decided to put on something simple and light before walking out of my room quietly.

I got to the palace gate and as planned the guards are asleep so I easily climb on the tall fence and flew away without awakening them.

I put on my face mask and ran through the town of Pluto as I enjoyed the morning cool breeze I like to feel on my skin every morning.

The people of Pluto could be seen in little quantity all moving about this early to start the little thing they do best, like farming, fishing, and hunting.

I looked at them and I feel at peace being among them.

I jogged down to the stream as I always go to take when am down swimming and had a little portion of water before going back to the palace quietly without anybody being aware.

I went back to my room had a good wash up from the sweat and dust on my body before dressing in more princely attire.

I walked to the dining room to find everybody present there eating their breakfast in silence.

The maid drew my chair backward slowly before motioning for me to seat which I did before she bowed and took a step backward from me.

"Good morning your highness" I greeted dad smiling when he smiled back at me too.

"My son" he exclaimed and continued eating his food graciously like the king he is.

"Good morning mom's," I said adding the s as I addressed all the Queen's of Pluto.

"Morning Dillion" they replied lowly and continued eating their meal in silence while I did the same.

I took a quick glance at Mialon and he also stated at me in a smirk making me roll my eyes.

We all ate in silence as only the sounds of our cutleries could be heard.

** In the training room**

I was dressed in my training outfit with a rope tied around my waist as our teacher walked in.

Well, the training is for my brother and me so I have to be here with him till the training is over.

"How pathetic," I thought and huffed angrily.

"So today" our teacher started with his deep voice crossing his hands behind his back while he walked around us.

"You both are going to be learning on how to harness the energy around you," he said demonstrating with his hands as he lifted it in a heart shape and brought it down slowly.

"You need to know how to use that energy positively and probably so that's people around you would not get hurt," he said and did it again but this time instead of bringing his hands down it stopped halfway down his waist emitting fire.

"So prince Mialon" he called and bowed while Mialon stepped forward.

"Can you give it a trial?" he asked still crossing his hands behind his back as he walked around Mialon while Mialon nodded his head positively.

"Good now do it" our teacher instructed and moved backward.

Mialon raised his hands and formed the love shape but when he dropped his hands down at his waist level trying to emit fire it refuses and he kept pointing at the wall as he did it continuously but the results were still the same making him hissed.

"Why isn't it working" he yelled at the teacher with his voice high pitched.

"You need to calm down my prince, you can't get it at your first trial," he said in a calm tone and bowed.

"Prince Dillion" he called to me and without out him saying anything I stepped out and position myself facing the wall.

"Now give it a trial," he said and patted my back.

I breathed out heavily and raised my hands to form the loved shape before dropping it down on my waist level as I position my hands to the wall trying to emit fire only for it to come out in for of smokes.

"Seriously Dillion" Mialon said covering his nose as he coughs out.

"At least am better than you who couldn't even emit smoke," I said with a smirk on my face.

"You little rascal" he called pointing his fingers at me but I stood still.

"You two, that's enough" our teacher yelled at us and we both compose ourselves with immediate effect.

Immediately our teacher did some incantation and the smoke was out of the room.

"Now I can breathe," Mialon said and I rolled my eyes at him.

"You both have to give it your best shot but you need to know how to harness the energy around you before emitting out that energy" he explained before demonstrating it with his hands.

"You don't need to do this with anger or in a hurry take your time harness and emit," he said breathing out.

"So technically, you are saying the amount of energy we are able to gather around us is also the same amount of energy we are emitting," I asked trying to understand his point.

"Exactly my prince, that all for today's lesson, and do not forget to practice," he said bowing his head.

King Cipher pov's

I was in my Chambers with Queen Elaine(Mialon's mother) who just returned from the little treat I prepared for her.

She was keeping entertain by telling me takes of the amazing of wonderful things she discovered and how much fun she had there.

"I am happy you enjoyed your time there my love," I said kissing her cheeks and she blushed.

"Thank you, your highness," she said in return.

But our discussion was interrupted by the knock on the door.

"What is it?" I asked in an angry tone.

"Your Majesty the council is here to see you," the voice said making me freeze.

The council what do you think they came for ??
