King cipher was with his three wives, Queen Elaine (Mialon's mother), Queen Clarion (Dillion's mother), and Queen Matilda (Melissa's mother). As they gathered around, waiting for him to speak to them.

He has called them for an emergency meeting and they needed to attend and hear what he has to say to them.
