ERIC'S POV
I lay on the bed alone, staring at the ceiling and hoping that sleep would come soon.
But sleep wasn't coming at all, because the thought of Casey kept invading my mind constantly.
Every time I closed my eyes, I saw her face—the hurt in her eyes when I pushed her about Derek.
I regret why I even said what I said to her about Derek. I felt really terrible about it, recalling it all.
