Rebecca's worried voice came to my ears and I immediately realised that I had just lost my temper, but seeing my father in his attentive state at the moment, there was no way I could calm down.

He simply ignored the inappropriate situation at the moment and surrounded Caroline, asking her very gently how she was doing lately.
