Chapter 7

Chapter 7

Matthew POV:

When Max handed me the files, he had a slightly strange look on his face.

I asked him, "What's wrong with you?"

Max shook his head, "Read the files first."

Max's strange attitude made me suspicious, but I took out the files and photos in the file folder.

On it was Rebecca Theron's profile from childhood to adulthood except the reason for her expulsion from the Burgundy Pack.

Max explained to me, "It wasn't written on this, but rumors were going around out there that Rebecca Theron had seduced multiple werewolves and her Alpha felt that she had brought shame to the pack and that's why she was expelled."

I nodded and looked at the photos again, "What are these?"

The pictures were taken at the zoo, and the woman with her two children was feeding the giraffes, and she looked happy.

It turns out she can be so nice when she smiles.

"Does she already have a mate?"

"No." Max shook his head, "The two kids have no father, they're Rebecca's bastards."

It seemed the news that she had fooled around with other werewolves to get banished from the pack was true.

"Hey, Matthew, what are you up to?"

The office door was opened from the outside without a knock, and a man in sunglasses came dashing towards me.

This was a friend I had known since childhood. His name was Alan-Franklin, and he was also a member of the noble Franklin family.

He only thinks of me as a friend, not a wolf king, so he doesn't make me feel uncomfortable by giving me false compliments.

"Matt, what are you looking at? Why do you have so many pictures?" He picks up the picture in front of me and looks at it, "Oh, and the woman, is this the woman you're looking at? Great insight! She is hot. "

I grabbed the photo back with one hand, "This has nothing to do with you. What are you doing here?"

"Don't be so mean, I'm here to invite you for a drink." Alan sat on the corner of my desk table and snatched the photo back, "Matt, when did you become such a pervert that you even like a mother with a child?"

Suddenly, Alan's hand stopped looking through the photos and lifted one up to my face.

"Tsk, it's too much like that."

I couldn't get used to his hateful face and pushed his hand away, "Don't touch me."

"Matthew, don't move!" Alan's expression suddenly became serious. He glanced at the photo, then at me, back and forth several times, and called Max to his side again.

"Max, tell me the truth, does this little boy look like him?"

Max didn't go over, but there was a hint of embarrassment on his usual cold face.

Seeing Max's desire to speak, Alan gave him courage: "Don't you worry about offending your sire, they are very similar in the first place, aren't they?"

At the end, Alan laughed out loud, "Matt, how dare you betray your fiancée and have a child with this woman? How did you become a wolf king? You're a role model for us."

I grabbed the picture back: "I'll rip your mouth off if you talk nonsense again."

I only had sex with that woman Linda, but she wasn't pregnant, so how could I have a child?

"I'm not talking nonsense, if you don't believe me, you can go home and look for pictures of you as a child and see if this little boy looks like you."

Alan threw the photo back in front of me, and I looked at the boy in the photo and frowned.

I have to say, the boy did look a little like me, but there are so many people who look alike. It's no big deal.

But when I saw the boy's age, I suddenly froze.

He was four years old, which meant Rebecca was pregnant five years ago.

And I also lost control and slept with Linda five years ago ......

I suddenly caught a very important point that I hadn't been aware of: was Linda really the one I was sleeping with?

"Max, get ready, I'm going to meet those two kids. Also, put the doctor in charge of DNA identification at the Royal Hospital on standby."

Max bowed and walked out of the office.

Alan saw my sudden serious expression and asked with some uncertainty, "Matthew, are you serious? Are those two really your children?"

"I'm not sure, but I can't neglect this possibility."

If that child is really mine, then he is a member of the royal family and the future wolf king. How can I let my heir out there live a life in exile.

And, if the child was really mine, then I would make the person who lied suffer the biggest pain.

Alan saw what I was thinking and smiled, "Then I can only pray that Miss Linda did not lie to you, Your Majesty."

Rebecca POV:

After leaving the zoo, the exhausted children fell asleep in the car.

"Thank you, Anna, they wouldn't have had so much fun if it weren't for you."

Anna, who was driving, waved her hand, "Don't mention it, I already love kids."

Looking at the two babies who were sleeping, I felt relieved and pity.

If I wasn't a rogue, I could have taken them to see more sights and let them go to school and read. After all, they were very smart kids.

"Anna, is there any way you can get the kids to go to a werewolf school?" When it came to this, I was so worried that I wanted to cry, "Whatever it takes, I can accept it, as long as they can go to school."

Because being a rogue was just too tough, and I didn't want my kids to have to be rogues.

"Becky, don't worry. I will help you, even if I can't rejoin the werewolf pack, I will still find a way to get Vivi and Charlie to attend werewolf school."

She handed me a business card: "This is the address of Alpha of the Burgundy Pack in California, although I'm not sure if he will take you in, but it shouldn't be a problem to get Vivi and Charlie to attend a normal werewolf school."

Anna and I had said that she knew an Alpha in California, and she could say that Vivi and Charlie were her grandchildren and let them attend the Burgundy Pack school, and I would take care of them as their aunt.

This is ridiculous, but it's the only way.

In order to get Vivi and Charlie to school soon, I couldn't wait to fly to California.

"Anna, thank you very much indeed, you've helped me once again."

If she hadn't been driving, I would have given her a big hug.

"Becky, stop saying thank you, or I'll never help you again." Anna joked.

"But ......" she started worrying again, "what about your mother's necklace if you go to California?"

That made me think of Matthew's hateful face.

If he hadn't been in the way, I would have been able to get the necklace back from Linda.

Anna's villa was just around the corner, and I had just woken up the two kids when several black Cadillac cars suddenly came outside and surrounded our car.

I looked up and out, and the driver of the car closest to me got out, walked to the back and opened the door, and a tall man stepped out of it.
