I admit that I was indeed not very polite at the time, Matthew was taken aback by my tone of voice and he was silent for a moment, "I'm sorry Rebecca."

He didn't look happy, but at that point I was too angry to notice his change of mood, and only after he left did I react to the fact that I had just been too rude.
