"Grandma, help ...... help me ......" Lilith floundered and struggled in the water, her hands hitting the surface in desperate fear and splashing high as she shouted to Lady Klein calling for help.

I stood a short distance away and calmly said, "There's no way to drown in water that shallow, so stop shouting and save your strength and climb up."

Looking like a dog in the water, Lilith stood up from the fountain, the water wetting her face, her eyeliner and eyeshadow sliding down her face, her whole face a mixed up mess of bright red, green, blue and yellow colours.
