Matthew POV:

I didn't see Rebecca when Max re-entered the building.

"What's going on? Where is she?"

Max grimaced, "Miss Rebecca was going to come up at first, but after Miss Linda whispered something in her ear, they left together."

I frowned in anger, thinking she was too arrogant.

Alan, who was sitting across from me, laughing and saying, "Matt, your lady doesn't seem to appreciate your invitation. It seems that the wolf king doesn't succeed in everything he does."

Just now Alan and I were having a drink and talking about the group's next work.

Suddenly, I heard someone screaming downstairs, and I asked Max to check it out....
