Hugo was sitting with the councilmen, hearing their boring arguments. Ever since Hugo became the king, the Lycan kingdom had been full of life. Hugo had a rule of his life. He just never listened to anyone at all. He followed his own heart. Whatever he saw right, he decided. He never listened to a thing the councilmen proposed to him. At first, the councilmen were all over him because he never listened to any of them. They complained to Howard about Hugo's bizarre behaviour.
