"Do you remember when I told you that you can't be in a room with more than two visitors? We would be three people if we did that; it's not allowed."

He made a face.

"I just don't want you to be alone at home, Nancy."

I wasn't going to be at home, so he could relax. But, of course, Kyle didn't know that.
