Jake's family has always enjoyed the riches of an inheritance left to them by Grandpa Stephen when he died. Jake Shepard lived his adolescence surrounded by everything he wanted. If he liked something, he had it. If something bored him, he would throw it away and get something new. But all paradise ended when a bad investment made disasters in the Shepard family's economy, forcing them to move out of their luxurious mansion and get used to a life without the luxuries they used to.
