"Dad! I'm back!" I call to him as I enter the house and close the door behind me.

"I'm in the office!" I hear him call from upstairs.

I take off my shoes and walk up the stairs until I enter his office.

"I want to talk to you, Dad," I tell him and sit down on the chair in front of his desk.
