Anna takes her place again and begins to call out the names of the students one by one. After hearing names of others for a while, it's finally the turn to hear some familiar names. My friends are sitting with their partners, and I'm in their row. I glance towards where David is.

He smiles at me and winks, and I do the same, but I snap out of that romantic moment when I hear my friend's name being called. She gets up and walks towards the teacher's table, eventually greeting the principal. This continues until it's my turn.
