I continue to look grimly at the door in front of me. Carter has put a blanket over Alice's lifeless body and in the background I can hear Megan sobbing quietly. The grief is brewing inside me with anger and is starting to swell into an infinitely large lump. The door looks as if it is quite heavy, but I have to get out of here.
