My eyes fluttered open slowly but I quickly squeezed my shut because of the blinding lights that slipped through my eyelids. I felt a sharp pain in my head and a jarring pain on my skin that caused a growl to escape my lips. I was still not processing where I was! I still couldn't understand anything but one thing I surely knew was that I felt numb to my bones and my head really ached.
