Cold shivers ran down my spine on hearing the word that fell out of his mouth. It wasn't the fact that I kind of held him in fear but it was because of the tone in his voice, the tone that was screaming that he would do anything to make sure that I do not slip off his fingers. His tone held this over possessiveness that I couldn't really fathom. It was as if he was reading every one of my thoughts and it was as if he knew exactly what was going through my mind.
