My lawyer had little influence in today's case. I could not entirely blame him. Since I was not able to prove my location before I arrived at London, Scott gained the upper hand.
Outside the court house, my lawyer stopped me.
"Mrs Natalia, I fear things are not turning in the right direction for us. I-"
Myron grabbed his collar angrily, cutting his statement short.
"Is this the job you do after getting paid? Huh?!"
I held Myron's arm, "Myron, let him go. It is not his fault."
