Shifting was quite hard for me and that was when I knew that I had slacked off a lot. It had been a while and now, it was having its effects on me and it wasn't a good thing due to the situation that I was in. I had to work harder on my fighting skills if I knew I really wanted to be a help to alpha and not a bother.
