Lia blinked in the darkness, wondering how it was morning already. She shouldn't be awake if it was still dark, considering that she had gone to bed just a few hours ago. She looked in the direction of the window, half-expecting to see the sun already shining through the window but all she saw was darkness. Confusion set in and with it came the panic. Something was wrong. She knew it but she couldn't exactly pinpoint where the problem was coming from or what was causing it. 

She tried to rise from the bed but that was the moment it dawned on her that she wasn't laying on her bed....
