I forced myself up, trying to sit propped up on the bed but it felt like a boulder was attached to me, dragging me down. My muscles were weak but I ignored it. I was getting bored out of my skull, and that has to change. I'd spent too much time lying in bed and feeling useless. That had to change, I couldn't stay locked here like some prisoner anymore.
