The light died out of Lia's face as I had expected. I didn't allow any of that to get to me. This was some sort of ploy and I wasn't falling for it. I didn't let them see that though. I wanted them to think I was being fooled, but I didn't take any of their sides. I just went with it and watched as they embarrassed themselves.
