Later that evening, I walked out into the hallway, my area folded tightly across my chest. I wanted to go down to the courtyard to think. I really needed a long session where I would think about my mission here again, with no disturbance from anybody whatsoever. But just as I made my way to the end of the hallway and was about to negotiate to the right, Nolan suddenly walked out of nowhere. I stepped back quickly, shaken. I'd nearly jumped, but thankfully I didn't.. it would have made him think that I was up to some mischief and that he'd caught me.
