Lyon stepped out of the house, his movements sharp, but there was a tension in the way his shoulders held. His suit was crisp, his tie slightly undone, but he didn’t care. He adjusted his cufflinks once, twice, as though trying to focus his restless energy.
Martins was already outside, leaning casually against the car door, scrolling through his phone. He looked up as Lyon approached, immediately straightening and slipping the phone into his pocket.
"Sir," Martins greeted, opening the car door for him.
