Hazel strolled downstairs and released a deep breath. She walked towards the dining table. Alessandro and Romeo side by side on the table.

She flashed a feeble smile at Romeo when he sensed her presence.

"Welcome home." She greeted Alessandro.

"How are you feeling now?"

She narrowed her eyes at him in surprise. Did he know about it?

"I'm better, thank you." She said.

Maria dished food into their plates. She placed Hazel's before her and patted her shoulder. Hazel nodded.
