Like a swarm of seabirds waiting patiently to embark on a nautical flight, we waited in the woods.
We had withdrawn into the secluded part of the wood after reaching a reluctant conclusion.
On Milo's orders, we waited for a full Moon.
Once the full moon sets in, we are expected to march against the enemy.
After having left them with the impression that we had retreated, I'm sure that Khan and his force felt relieved. We made them believe that we were cowards and had withdrawn from the fight because he could not beat their wolf warriors.
