(Elena's POV)

Once outside, I was held captive. Although the chains on my arms have been removed, it was replaced by a very strong rope.

My hands were tied behind my back and the end of the rope was held by Alpha Khan himself. He was standing just behind me.

We were standing on a cliff. Downwards, we could see anyone coming even though there was no sign of anyone on our trail.

However, we were in anticipation that my father and the others would arrive at the Khan's territory proper, in no distant time.
