Accadia's body is covered with steam. Suddenly Accadia fell, her breathing was heavy and it seemed like she's losing her energy.

"Accadia sits cross-legged again, imagine the energy flow is circulating in your body like your blood, from the heart it passes through your body in an infinite loop," Jerome advises.

Accadia followed Jerome's advice, after a while all the steam coming out of her body lessened. Her breathing became normal, Accadia was drenched with sweat.
