Aria's POV

Two weeks after the Owen situation settled, I discovered I was pregnant.

I'd been feeling off for days. Nausea in the mornings. Exhaustion that didn't match my workload. Rosa noticed before I did.

"When was your last cycle?" she asked during a routine check-in.

I thought about it. "I don't know. Six weeks ago? Maybe more?"

"Have you been unusually tired?"

"Yes, but I thought it was just stress from everything happening at the school."

Rosa gave me a knowing look. "Let me run a quick examination."

Ten minutes later she confirmed what she'd already suspected. "You're pregnant. Maybe eight weeks along."
