I wake up before Derek comes pounding on the door and for a second I'm proud of myself. Then I try to move and my entire body screams in protest. Everything hurts. Muscles I didn't even know I had are sore and tight and I want to just stay in bed forever.

But I drag myself up because I'm not going to give up after one day.

I'm pulling on my training clothes when there's a soft knock. Sara comes in with a tray of food and some kind of drink that looks disgusting.
