They were all seated at the dining table and having their meal quietly. It was really tense for both Jane and Wendel as they felt awfully uncomfortable.

Diana had insisted for Jane to join them on the table despite her resistance and negative response. She made it clear to her that it's been ages since she last saw her and having dinner with her would ease her heart. Lucien told her she was just an ordinary maid and Diana reprimanded him to stop calling someone ordinary.
