"We are getting married on Saturday, can't wait for next week or two weeks’ time I need that married status immediately, I've told everyone including my mum, your aunt and sis and the press. You are the last person to know about this, for someone getting married you need a ring, right? So you would go out with me now so I could feed the press, they have been wondering who my mysterious bride is".

"What?!, on Saturday? Why?"

"I just told you why, you should be smart Victoria, listen when I am talking to you, now let's go" Eric said taking his suite jacket from his chair and headed to the door. Victoria was stark frozen on her feet she was trying to understand what he said, and before she knew it she was shedding tears, painful tears.

"For heaven sake Victoria I don't have........why would you cry?" Eric said when he noticed she was crying.

"How can you do this to me, first you threw a contract marriage at me, now you change things the way you want, have you ever thought for once about what I want? About my plans for my life that you are throwing into rumbles? I am not some robot that you do whatever pleases you to" Victoria said angrily in tears.

"OK are you done? Can we get going now? I don't have time to waste and I don't tolerate time wasting, so let's go" Eric said leaving the office.

After a few minutes Victoria came out of the office and came in contact with a furious Eric.

"I said you don't waste my time! And when next you try something as annoying as this you'd wish I wasn't existing now let's go!" Eric said pinning Victoria to the wall, making her even more afraid of him than ever.

After a few minute he let her go and went into the elevator, leaving a shaking Victoria behind, she followed him to the elevator, when it closed she stayed as far away from him as possible in an elevator, Eric on the other hand was talking angrily on the phone.

When the elevator opened Victoria was about to step out when Eric grabbed her hand and pulled her to him, so she was pressed up against him, they stood that way for some minutes before Eric spoke.

"You are not a robot, you are beautiful, very, if I should add, I can't give you what you want cause I am not the man for you, the hell I can't be, but I need you to give me what I want for now, do this with me, okay?"

Victoria was shocked and at the same time this feeling came to her heart, this feeling of not being afraid of him, cause she didn't see a monster as she looked into his eyes at that moment, she just nodded her head, and he let her go, taking her hands in his they stepped out of the elevator together.

Eric hated what he did to her back at his office she didn't deserve to be treated the way he was treating her, but how he always saw her as a threat was something he didn't understand, the way she walks, talk, behave it was getting to him in a way no other woman has. this girl was different.

When they were outside he opened the door of the car for her to get in, The car ride was quiet they both had things on their mind once in a while Eric glanced at her only to find her asleep.

He taped her on her shoulder when they had arrived at the beach where he was planning on proposing to her, She folded herself in a ball which made Eric wonder how that was possible in a car.

"Wake up Victoria we are here" Eric said still tapping her. Victoria made some kind of noise more like moaning sound, it made Eric frown his Brow's at her for a while, After rubbing her eyes and moaning Victoria finally was awake.

"We are here" Eric said one last time.

"Oh okay" Victoria said yawning a little, she has been so tired, so immediately she got into the car she fell asleep.

When they got out of the car the cool evening breeze made her shiver a little, she inhaled the cool evening breeze for a while before turning to look at Eric who was already staring at her, it made her blush a little.

“The atmosphere suites you Victoria you make it look beautiful" Eric said taking her hands and moving close to the water, they were no much people around just one or two scattered around, everywhere was quiet except for the sound the water was making, this was romantic to Victoria, walking on the beach in a cool evening at sun down with your Prince charming holding your hands, Even though she knew Eric was not her prince charming.

"Victoria " Eric said going on one knee when they got to the middle of the beach in front of the water.

"Yeah?" Victoria answered a bit confused at first then she remembered what he told her at the office and the confusion was gone.

“Would you please marry me?" Eric asked and brought out a twenty four carat gold ring that had a heart shape at the top, it was simply beautiful, even though she knew it was all for the paparazzi, an unexplainable tear ran down her face it was like a fairytale come true for her.

“Yes, yes Eric I would marry you” she said.

Eric placed the ring on her finger and stood up, giving her a peck on the lips and hugging her.

“It’s for the press I am sorry, the kiss I mean" he whispered into her ears.

And that was how Victoria got her first kiss if only he knew. Victoria let out a breath she never knew she was holding as she relaxed a little into his arms, the kiss had been a surprise to her.

She bit her lip, she had gotten her first kiss from a man who didn't love her, even though it didn't happen the way she had imagined or wanted but.
