Liz’s POV.

I woke up extremely exhausted. I was supposed to feel relaxed since I had just woken up but it was the total opposite.

I managed to turn to the other side of the bed to see if Nathan was still fast asleep.

“Nathan,” I whispered his name.

I don't know if it was the fact that I had just woken up that caused my eyes to be too heavy to see. I decided to just use my hands to feel if he was there or not.

I tapped my hand on the other side of the bed hoping to get interrupted by his body from hitting the bed....
