I was surprised when I received the call from Marilyn.

"Mr. Rashford, can we meet and talk, please?"

I thought she was cutting all ties from me when she and the other partners and their their partnership with my company.

"Sure, where can we meet?" I asked.

"At the Royal Garden Restaurant, 7pm tonight," she said and I agreed.

I arrived at the Royal Garden Restaurant at 6:45 pm, a little earlier than the agreed time. I wanted to compose myself before Marilyn arrived. As I sat down at the table, I couldn't help but wonder what this meeting was about. Had Marilyn had a change of heart?...
