Seth's POV

Seth's eyes slowly creaked open, his vision blurry and his mind foggy. He tried to lift his head, but a sharp pain shot through his skull, making him wince. He lay back down, his eyes scanning his surroundings. He was still in the basement, the same cold, damp stone walls and floor that had been his prison for... how long? He had no idea.

As his mind cleared, memories came flooding back. He remembered how he had tried to escape, but Elsie's spells were just too strong. He had been stuck here, alone and helpless, for what felt like an eternity.

But... had it all been a dream?...
