Elsie is a werewolf and who had never wanted to marry out of love. Because she was an orphan, her alpha uncle wanted to marry her out to just anybody, in order to get rid of her. On the day of her arranged marriage, she ran away because she didn’t want to get married. While she was running through the woods, she accidentally tripped and fell into a river. Mariod, the wolf hunter, found her injured in the woods and because of the injury she sustained she lost her memory. He picked her up and took her to his place. Elsie became his responsibility but still he had no idea that she was a werewolf.

What will happen when Madriod, a skilled hunter, discovers that Elsie is a werewolf? Will he abandon her, sending her to the village to be killed, or will he risk everything, defying his own people, to be with her? And what will happen when Elsie returns to her pack as an arrogant witch, delighting in the suffering of others?
