Raven’s POV

The carriage rolled through the entrance of Night Howler’s Pack, and I couldn’t stop myself from staring.

Everything was larger and stronger than my home pack. The buildings were so high that I had to crane my neck to even look at them. They were built from strong dark stone, standing against the wind as if nothing could shake them. The streets were wide, filled with movement, but as we passed, people slowed down to stare at us. Their eyes followed the carriage, speaking in hushed voices.

I knew they were talking about Alpha Jaxon's new wife and mate. But had the news of what happened with Yara...
