CHAPTER 40: SURGERY

Adrian’s POV

“Watch your steps on the stairs,” I reminded Lily while’s we’re getting off the jet. I held her hand to usher her. 

“I’m okay, don’t treat me like a child,” she told me in a low voice.

“Okay, don’t be mad,” I said and chuckled. 

The two black Mercedes Benz stopped in front of us as we got off the jet. The other one is for me. I turned to Sonia, who was behind them, “thank you very much for your service Sonia,” I said. “Keep in touch with your Ma’am Lily.”

Sonia nodded. “Yes sir,” and she looked at Lily. “Thank you, Ma’am.”
