I felt bitterness when I heard a woman’s voice near Adrian. I knew that the woman kissed him because she listened to the sound of it.

“Mommy, are you okay?” I came to her senses when I heard my daughter talking

“I’m okay, princess,” I said. “What happened to daddy? I want to talk to him.”

“I’m sorry, princess. There’s a sudden visitor that he needs to entertain, but don’t worry, tomorrow let’s call him back again, okay, princess?” I touched her daughter’s face.
