“Don’t touch me,” Hazel groaned, showing disgust from his touch, and Bennett’s brow twitched in displeasure.
He pulled away his hand reluctantly, and then gulping down his anger, he spoke in a calm tone, “Hazel, I am your husband, and I am serious about this relationship. I know it’s difficult for you to accept me now but I hope soon, you will accept me as your husband.”
“Husband?” Hazel scoffed at his face, making his veins pop in disdain.
