TESSA POV

“We have arrived,” Eliana said, as the car finally stopped in front of the academy gate.

I took a deep breath. For a few seconds I simply sat there, staring through the window at it.

The International Medicine Academy.

The huge iron gate stood proudly ahead of me, the academy's name engraved across it in gold. Beyond it stretched tall buildings, beautiful gardens, research facilities, lecture halls, and students moving between them with books and tablets tucked under their arms.

My heart started beating faster. I smiled. I was finally here.
