Andreas examines the two women closely.

Lyra maintains eye contact with the woman while staring right through Andreas with a mildly amused expression.

Amelia is enraged and spitting forth snarls.

Andreas shakes his head at them both and sighs.

He chastises, "Mum, being unfortunate isn't a terrible thing," then he turns to face Lyra. "You need to work on your temper," he says.

Lyra chooses to remain silent and observe Amelia from a distance, much like someone might watch a tiger, knowing she does.

"How dare you defend her!" Amelia lets out a gasp and walks haughtily out of the room.
