"I want us to get married." I tell Calum and his eyes widened in shock. "I want us to be a complete family."

"Marriage is not necessary, Allie." Calum tells me.

"Yes it is, Calum." I defend. "I want our kid in a legally complete family. I want him to have your last name."

"I will give my name to our baby, Allie." He says.

"It's Summer isn't it?" I say.
