Helena feels happy today because finally, she had a romantic relationship with her best friend Peter.

Peter just expressed love to her and that makes her happy because she has had a crush on him.

“Helena!” Suddenly, there was a scream from outside that called out to Helena.

Helena immediately opened the door, and she saw her foster mother Meredith, who was waiting for her outside.

Meredith brought a variety of attractive, beautiful satin dresses, as well as some women's jewelry that made Helena amazed when she saw it.

“Mom, who's that pretty dress and fine jewelry for?” She was shocked and still could not believe what she saw.

“This for you darling, come on, I will immediately help you to become the most beautiful woman in this town.” She smirked.

Helena nods and immediately sat near the shabby dressing table in the room that own by her foster family, she didn't expect her foster mother would bring expensive stuff for her.

She feels confused because usually, their family is only synonymous with poverty and slums. After all, her foster parents can't manage their little income, and they're addicted to gambling.

Helena keeps asking how her foster mother can buy all the expensive stuff she is wearing currently, she thinks if her mother loves her, even though she is not her biological mother.

Helena kept guessing what had happened, as this was such a rare occurrence that it made her foster mother want to give some expensive stuff to her.

“Do you know if I'm going to prom? But not today, that will happen tomorrow.” Helena exclaim.

“No, but you will see later, but I'll make sure you will be happy after all.” Meredith is still focused on making over her foster daughter.

When finished Helena looks beautiful and amazing, now she is not wearing her shabby clothes anymore, she looks so beautiful.

Then Meredith immediately took Helena to another room in her house.

In the room, several guests came as well as her foster father who had been waiting for her and speaking with the guests.

Helena saw a handsome man with brown hair, tall and dashing, and green eyes that felt sharp and kept staring at her since she entered the living room.

Her foster family immediately invited Helena to sit down next to the handsome man, and he truly can't take his eyes off her.

“Harvey! Get the briefcase containing the money I promised them!” That handsome man shouted.

Seen the man who immediately brought the suitcase and immediately gave it to Meredith and her husband Derek, they look so happy.

“I will be rich, honey.” Derek looks so happy.

“That means we, not just you, pay the debts, and we need to renovate this house.” Meredith exclaims.

Helena was happy, of course, a large amount of money would help her foster family.

“She is following the agreement we discussed earlier, she always stays at home and study, never gets too closer to any men or get involved in a relationship.” Meredith exclaims.

“You can trust us.” Derek exclaims.

Helena felt confused about whom they had been talking about, this all seemed strange to her.

“Helena, starting today, you will go with Mr. Victor, he will take care of you later.” Derek exclaims.

“What do you mean? I don't get it.” Helena feels confused.

“You'll understand later, better come with them first.” Meredith immediately gave Helena a bag that included some of her clothes.

“No, I beg you! Don't do this to me, I still want to live with you guys.” Helena feels so sad.

“No, we love you, but this is done, I wish you luck there, Goodbye,” Derek smirked and wave his hand.

Helena felt like escaping from all these traps, she didn't want to go along with strangers who didn't even know anything about her.

Suddenly, there was a tall and big man who immediately took Helena into the car.

“Please let me go, sir! I don't know what happened. I'm just an ordinary girl who is not involved in anything.” Helena kept trying to rebel.

Then the handsome man's assistants immediately locked the car door and obeyed all the orders their boss had given them.

Helena continued to cry in fear, but she could only feel a deep sadness in her heart.

This feels so bad for her, she keeps shaking, thinking about the next bad thing that will happen in her life later.

On a foggy morning, Helena had woken up from her sleep and found herself sleeping in Mr. Victor's luxury van with the blanket covering her body.

“Are you awake?”

Immediately, Helena's body trembled after hearing that man's deep voice, she was just silent for a while to prepare for everything that would happen later to her.

“Don't be scared, I'm Harvey and I will be your assistant, you can tell me about anything you need.” He exclaims, there is hospitality and warmth in his voice.

“Okay, but I still don't understand what's going on, why did that man named Victor bring me here?” She looks so sad.

“I don't know, but it seems like he wants you, but if you want to run away from him, one way that can happen is when he gets bored with you, then he will leave you.” He exclaims.

“Yes, that's right, I would like to get out of here and leave him.” She sobbed uncontrollably.

“No, I don't think you should ever try to run away from him because that would be very dangerous for you. Victor is a very cruel person, but he also has a kind nature from him, so just stay calm and pray for your life.” He tried to calm her.

Helena felt sad, until when she had to suffer together with Victor.

She feels so bad and uncomfortable over everything that has happened. She just wants to escape and go back to her foster family, regardless of what happens, she still loves them.
