Clarissa drove into Katrina's mansion. The guards were positioned around, but Clarissa was no stranger.
Katrina would kill anyone who dared harass her, so the guards showed her into the house, not minding the rage and anger boiling on her face.
The house was very quiet. There was no sound, no music, nothing from the sitting room. “Katrina!" Clarissa yelled, but there was no response. She bit her lips, her eyes had gone red and swollen from excessive crying.
As she turned to leave, she heard a smooth voice coming down the stairs. She turned around, and it was Katrina, walking briskly down the stairs, calm and joyful.
