“Where are you going?“ Warren asked Audra when she saw her putting on a jacket and trousers.
Picking up her car keys on the table, she responded, "To see my grandfather. He has to know that I am leaving.“
“You wouldn't dare do that! You are so shameless, Audra. Now that I am dumping you, you are trying to go and get my grandfather to force me to remain with you.“
“I..nevermind.“ She responded, pulled the bedroom door open, and walked out of there. Warren heard the living door opening and closing. He walked to the ceiling and floor windows and watched her.
She walked in her car and drove away, even without looking back. The sight of Audra leaving, not bothered that he was still there, hurt him.
Warren had no idea why he had been feeling those things.
“Warren, I know this is ridiculous, but have you ever loved me? Have you ever felt any bit of admiration toward me, or is my love one-sided?“ Audra's voice echoed back into his head, haunting him.
Love? Have I ever loved her? Have I felt any bit of admiration toward her? Warren asked himself as he watched her car until it drove out of his sight.
“Why would I fall in love with a vicious woman like her?“ Warren asked himself, going back to the couch.
Audra was beautiful; he can't deny that. Her beauty would bring even the downfall of a heartless man, but behind that beauty, behind that innocent face, lay a scheming woman only whom he knew.
He wasn't going to sympathize with her because, deep down, he knew she deserved every pain he was making her go through.

On the other side, Audra was driving through the city to Dream Enterprises. The office was silent as she walked in. It was almost 4 p.m., but none of the workers had left.
Audra walked to the recipient, and with a smile on her face, she asked, "Can I meet with Mr. Fernando, please?“
Mr. Fernando was Warren's personal assistant and a close friend of his.
The recipient, although there was visible boredom in her eyes, smiled back professionally at her, then asked, "Do you have an appointment with him?“
Being a personal assistant to the world's business tycoon, people always found a way to approach him, and that was why they made strict rules that those who wanted to see him were to follow.
Among the rules was making sure to have an appointment before going to see him.
“Yes. I called a few minutes ago, and you said he wasn't booked, so I can come over,“ Audra responded, showing her the history of the phone call on her phone.
“Right this way, Miss Audra.“ The receptionist smiled and led her to the elevator. “It's the second office on the fifth floor on your left,“ she explained.
With a grateful smile on her face, Audra nodded and watched as the lift door closed. A few minutes later, she was on the fifth floor. She walked to the door she was instructed to knock on, and she knocked.
“Come in.“ A deep voice echoed from the office.
Pushing the door open, Audra peeped her head in, then asked, "Do you have a moment, Mr. Farnando?“
Wondering why his boss's wife was there, Mr. Fernando left what he was doing and walked to her. “Yes. Can I help you with anything, madam?“
“Yes. I have something, and I would like you to pass it over to Warren for me.“ She responded while opening her purse and pulling out a brown envelope. “Please, give this to Warren.“
Before Fernando could ask what it was, Audra had already turned on her heels and left the office. Walking to her car, Audra felt like a huge load was taken off her shoulders.
This is for our own good. She muttered inwardly when her conscience asked her if what she had done was the right thing to do.
Warren has never loved me when I thought he did, and my plans to make him fall for me have failed as well, so wouldn't it be good if I let go of him now that Cathy is back?
Cathy had been abroad since they got married three years ago, but she had always lived in Warren's heart and memories.
He called her name in his sleep and often confused anyone with blonde hair with Cathy.
When she got married to him, she thought she would be able to make him forget about her, but she was wrong. Up until now, Audra didn't know what Warren saw in Cathy that she didn't have.
Before driving away, Audra took out her phone and made a call. “Is everything ready?“ She asked the person from the other end.
"Yes, Miss Audra. I have found a few apartments for you; when you have time, you can call me and we will check them out together.“ The person on the other end responded.
“Let's check them now. Where are you? I'll pick you up.“ She responded, a sigh of relief escaping her lips.
When he called her broker, asking him to look for apartments, he said it may take up to a week since there was high demand. She asked him to speed his moves since she was desperate and had nowhere to stay, and he promised her to ask other brokers if they had anything on sale, and sure enough, he found five apartments on sale.
“I am where you always find me. I'll be waiting.“ The broker responded, jarring her from her thoughts. Thanking him for taking care of her issue at the last minute, Audra ignited her car and drove toward Blue Cafe, where her broker spent most of his time.
Back at the office, Fernando looked at the paper, wondering what it was. Curiosity got the best of him, and he found himself wondering if he should open the envelope or not.
He knew that the relationship between Warren and Audra was never good, but what was in there was that Audra couldn't give it to Warren herself and wanted him to pass it over to him.
While wondering, his phone rang, pulling him back into reality. The caller's ID flashed as Audra's.
“Is there anything else you need my help with, Miss Audra?“ He asked politely.
“Yes, there is something I forgot to tell you...
“What is it?“ He asked.
“Can you please ask him to hurry up when he gets that envelope? I want us to finalize things as soon as possible.“
Audra's words made Fernando not be able to stop his curiosity anymore. He decided to open the envelope and see what was in there, only to get the shock of his life.
“D-Divorce agreement? How in the hell will I give this to him? Do you want me to be skinned alive, Audra?“ He screamed, dropping the papers on the floor.
The next day.
After he was done reading the schedule for the day to Warren, Fernando stood wondering how he would hand over the divorce agreement to Warren.
Seeing his assistant's hesitation, Warren raised his head and asked, "What is it?“
“Miss Audra asked me to pass this over to you.“ He responded, stretching over the brown envelope.
Warren, who had been thinking all night where Audra had gone since she never returned, quickly grabbed the envelope and pulled out the white sheet of paper, printed with black ink.
“Divorce?“ He asked, not trusting his eyes. Would Audra really do that?
"This is another one of her schemes. I can't fall for them.“ Warren responded, pulling out a drawer and throwing the documents inside.
“I don't think so, sir. She has signed the document if you looked properly, and she asked me to tell you to hurry up with your signature so that you can finalize this once and for all.“ Fernando explained.
Warren pulled the paper out of the drawer and looked at it. And truly, Audra's signature was at the bottom of the page, written in bold letters and ink.
