"oh, here comes the love birds"

( Aunt Stella teased us the time, our presence was felt).

Chad takes a shy smile and walked further seated with his parents).

"Hello dear, you must be Elena, I'm Mrs. Elma Darren, Chad's mom".  ( A beautiful woman gets up to me) "Hello, ma'am"? I shook her and a man gets up from the couch, "hello dear, I'm Chris, Chad's father". ( He gains access to my attention, when Miranda, strolled the front door) "Hello, everyone, and a very happy birthday to you, my love" she kept up the pace, thus her eyes drift aside, and took notice of Chad seated on the couch.

She weaves me close) "who's he?"

My eyes fronts and back with an answer, "his name is Chad and that's I would be husband". ( Smiles as she goes with a stunned look on her face) "damn!! His so your type, bestie"

( Teased me with her world, and walked further to introduce herself) " Hello, I'm Miranda star, and you can call me Elena's best friend". (  She says to him)

"Oh wow ! That's nice, am Chad and as she said, I'm here would be husband and she's I would-be wife, glad to meet you dear". ( Smiles)

They both shared pleasantries, thus a few headcounts, he walks up to me, "goodnight dear, I believe it's time we left, I'll call you tomorrow".

"Yes, goodnight dear" (we hugged as he left with his parents).

Miranda gets all cozy at the juncture they left, mom excused herself up to her room, likewise the others.

I veered and saw her sly smiling at me, "what?". ( Confused at her behavior).

"Nothing" she lied falling her whole weight on the couch, "lie, tell me what true and I'm certain that, Chad's the reason why you're acting strange, I'm right, ain't I?." ( I got seated at the same couch).

She drops a smile and affirmed by theory, "fine, my dear Elena, and besides, Chad's so your type of man, no wonder you haven't rained hell on earth and found a way to call of the wedding".

"Oh please, don't make me laugh". I smiled my way to my room, while she seats there comfortably on the couch.

"Are you going to leave me here!! Elena" ( she calls out)

"Yes, and good night my lovely". ( Smirked and left her doing the same thing) "goodnight Elena" Miranda motored and watched me close the doors to my room.

(Inaudible conversation as it drifts to the next morning)

The following morning, I got dressed up for the office, and met the rest seated at the dining room table having their breakfast, "good morning dearest" mom greeted me by punning a kiss on my cheeks, "good morning ma'am". I said and sat next to aunt Stella, who for some reason was acting kind of odd.

She spurts a smile and weaves her attention away, "aunt!! Are you okay?". My words sewed everyone's attention to her, she takes a glare at our curious faces and said, "yes, I'm fine dear, don't pay any attention to me". ( Aunt words didn't convince me, deep down my instinct feel there was something wrong).

Thereafter, she left our presence in a hurry,  thus a few headcounts, I left towards her direction and accidentally took heed of her conversation on the phone.

"What!!! How can you feel that, telling my family,  I'm pregnant will make everything go away!!! Have you met my family, especially my grandma".

( She says through the phone, somehow her eyes drifts away and inform me standing at the entrance to her room).

"E.... Elena?" ( She calls out shocked to see me there)
