Miranda was right and why all of a sudden, would mom get up a departing wish of my father by getting wedded to a stranger, something isn't right.

"Well, dear, let's see what happens next?". I formed a smile and walked out of the office.

( Inaudible conversation)

Meanwhile, at home, mom gets a visit from a long-time relative, "hello dear" she says with a hug from behind.

Mom veers back and deposited a smile the second their eyes met. "Oh my goodness!!!! Grandma".

"Hello my dear daughter-in-law, come hug me. ( Smiles as they both hugged each other lovingly).

Aunt Stella strolls into the living room and the next she took notice of grandma there, she attempts to slither past without being glimpsed, only to get drawn back by the same person.

"Is that how you greet your grandma?"

( She says with a Frown on)

Aunt Stella swiftly made a new turn and walks her way backward, "oh my goodness!! My apologies grandma, and yes!! I wasn't trying to sneak past you". ( She lets out a justification even though no one asked for it).

Grandma lips a smirk and Soares her eyes round, mom took sharp heed and noted her eyes were searching for me.

"Grandma!! Your granddaughter isn't here and don't worry she will be back by this evening". ( She regained her attention back and softly smiled her way up to her bedroom).

A long day at work, I returned home donning a tired look on, mom ran out the minute my car was packed at the garage, "Hello dear and welcome" she let out from behind, I veered to see the glare on her face." Mom!! Good evening and please tell me what happened in my absence?"

"My dear!! Your grandma's here?" She lets out.

"Really" all of a sudden I became jumpy, and without hesitation hopped my way up to her room.

She ( Grandma) gets all tensed up heeding to the sound of her door opening up. "Oh my goodness". She lets out and plastered a huge smile, seeing me at the door.

"Good evening Granny". ( Smiles and watched her weave her hands open for a warm embrace).

I rushed in like a four-year-old and tightly hugged her, "I missed you, my dear granddaughter,* she lets out holding unto me, afterward we pulled apart and sat down next to each other. "How are you Grandma". ( Asked her). She tugged my hair behind my ears and kissed me both on the cheeks.

"I'm fine" ( returns with her statement, reciprocating with the same question as well). "Are you okay my dear?".

For a brief period, a miserable expression appeared, I looked back and forth, as she waits for my response.

"Is everything okay Elena?" ( Grandma adds up her words to me).

"No ma'am, please tell me something?". ( I said)

"Tell you what dear?" She asks

So I replied donning the same glare, "actually Grandma!! Mom just told me about Dad's last wish, I'm kind of hoping to ask if you knew about it?"

She takes a little more time to get her words out, later on, confirms to me, "hmm!! I did know about his last wish but didn't know what he wanted you to do!! Your father was  a very secretive person, but since you know now!! What did he ask you to do?" ( Waits to hear my response)

"He wants to me get married to the son of his best friend to form a bond with them". ( I explained as she looked on with a startled face.
