It was sunset in the evening when Monica heard the sound of cars racing through the lane close to her residence. She had been in a deep sleep after returning from Salt-City. Her mother and sister were sitting in the parlor watching the television.

For them, the evening was as usual; quiet and peaceful. However, they pretty much seemed to have forgotten that change is constant. Even though it had always been a quiet neighborhood, things could get ugly. They had no idea that evening could turn into something they never expected.
