My happiness knows no bounds as Kate is rescued from the kidnapper, but I know there's more to her kidnapping, I am relieved that Kate isn't hurt.

She is smiling, and it is genuine, but there is sadness in her eyes, she looks dizzy and weak. I ran toward her.

“Kate? Are you alright?” I ask her, concerned for her welfare.
