Chapter 6 Returning a cuckold to him

Chapter 6 Returning a cuckold to him

I looked up along that hand and saw Christian.

He wore a clean white shirt today, straight suit pants, immaculate black leather shoes, the whole person looked fresh and handsome.

"Being a mistress so wild is also a skill, but when calling others shameless, did not you realize that you have no face?"

Christian's expression was unperturbed, and his tone was slow and steady, but it was intimidating.

He just lightly flung, Miranda as if a huge shock, back several steps, was held by Watson to barely stand.

"This is my family business, not yours." Watson forced his composure.

"Of course it is."

Christian picked me up in his arms and said calmly, "If you divorce her today, I'll marry her tomorrow."

That's a hell of a statement!

Especially since Christian was half a head taller than Watson, and his lazy eyes looked down on each other in an aggressive manner.

I was shocked that he called Watson by his first name, and even more shocked that he was so overbearingly protective.

At least in my past years, no one has ever protected me like this.

His presence not only restored my self-esteem, but also let me out in front of the scum.

Of course, it also succeeded in making Watson misunderstand that I had given him a shiny cuckold.

Watson stared at the man beside me, who at a glance looked too good for him, and his lips moved, unable to say a word of rebuttal, and turned to glare at me.

"Grace, I really didn't expect you to be such a person, to do such a shameful thing behind my back."

Looking at his blue and white face, my heart really hurt.

He finally got a taste of what it's like to be betrayed, and even if he didn't care about me, he at least cared about his face.

Even if he doesn't want something, he will throw it away so that no one can get it.

Yes, that's the way he is.

Christian is trying so hard to help me, I have to cooperate anyhow.

I deliberately leaned meekly in Christian's arms and looked at Watson with very light eyes and a very light tone.

"I'm shameless, you're shameful?"

"Nothing to do even during working hours?" A stern voice sounded.

Looking at the source of the voice, the dean was standing a short distance away with a black face, and looking at him glaring at Miranda, I'm afraid he was feeling disgraced.

Watson swept me and Christian a few more times before he was finally dragged away by Miranda, not forgetting to pick up the bank card on the ground.

The onlookers saw that there was no more drama to be seen and slowly dispersed, leaving only Christian and me at the scene.

"I want to visit my mother." My voice was very soft, my mind was still caught in the grief.

Perhaps to comfort me, Christian's hand around my shoulder tightened a bit.

"Can you walk?" He glanced at my lacerated leg.

I nodded, not letting him help me, but just as I left his embrace, I blacked out and felt a pair of strong arms catch me in time before I passed out.

When I woke up, the smell of disinfectant was strong in my nose.

When I opened my eyes, I found myself lying in a hospital room, and Niki was sitting on the edge of the bed with her head down, peeling an apple.

She had short, dry hair that was dark and shiny. I was always drawn to her hair every time and couldn't help but touch it.

"Niki."

Hearing me shout, Niki looked up and saw me awake, collapsing her bite muscles and glaring at me with irritation.

"Grace, you're really capable of it, you've gotten yourself into this mess and you're not letting me know, do you consider me your sister or not?"

I didn't dodge, but I felt her fierce look, very warm, very kind, my eyes were hot, tears rolled out.

Niki and I are totally different, she never cries, at least I have known her for ten years, never seen her cry.

"Okay, tell me, what's going on?" Niki held back from scolding me.

I knew I couldn't hide it from her anymore, so I told her the whole story from beginning to end, just omitting the Christian part.

She was so angry that she kicked a stool far away from her.

"Fuck, I'm going to kill that scumbag Watson."

Niki has never been righteous to me, and I know she's not worth it for me.

"By the way, how did you find me? And it doesn't look like a ward at St. Louis Hospital." I asked.

Niki said, "This is Brigham Hospital, and after I called you last night and thought about how it didn't feel right, I called you today and a man answered and he told me you were here."

I thought she was talking about Christian.

"Where is he?"

"He said on the phone that he had to leave on an emergency and I didn't see anyone when I came, but he paid all his fees before he left... Say, who is he? Good character, and his voice is good as hell." Niki squeezed her eyes at me with special gossip.

Christian had done enough for me, a stranger, and he should have his own job and family.

"Ask you?" Niki nudged me again.

I snapped back and told her about Christian sending me back, and she didn't ask any more questions.

"Why didn't you tell me about this big deal? It's not like you can't live in my house?"

Niki's home is indeed very large, living in a villa, her father is a company, she never lacked money to spend since childhood, but lacked friends, lacked love.

Her father divorced her mother when she was in junior high school and found a woman not older than her as a stepmother, and since then she has become very rebellious and her good grades have fallen off.

"I'm afraid of causing you trouble." I said.

Niki glared at me and pointed her index finger at me, "You say another word I'm in a hurry with you ah, what do you mean trouble for me, is not a friend, ah? How did you persuade me to go back to your house?"

It was junior high school, Niki had a fight with her father and ran away from home in a fit of anger, it was winter and when I saw her, she was sitting on the street shivering.

Although she and I were classmates, we didn't know each other well, after all, she was a rich person and I was a poor student, people from two worlds. But that day I saw her sitting alone on the curb in a very pathetic way, so I could not feel comfortable walking away, and finally took her back to my house. At first, I was afraid that she was a young lady who was not accustomed to our broken house, but fortunately, she did not have princess disease and did not mind anything.

This is also when we became good friends.

I said I wanted to be discharged, and Niki asked the doctor to make sure I was fine and just needed to rest before she helped me get out of the hospital.

She drove a new car, which looked very luxurious.

When I got in it, Niki said, "This is a gift from my dad, he gave it to me and I took it, he owes me."

I knew little about cars, Niki saw me looking left and right, like I had never seen the world, and told me the car was a Lamborghini.

"Lamborghini?" I repeated in a low voice, and then added, "I've only seen bikinis."

Niki let out a giggle and gave me a thumbs up.

I remembered Christian's car and ghosted a question.

"Inside the triangle, with an M stacked on top of an M, what kind of car is it?"

Niki gave me a disgusted look, "What an M stacked with an M, you're talking about a Maybach."

"What about this car?"

"Of course the Maybach is good, much better than my car, the worst is five million."

"More, how much?" I was stunned.

Niki reached out and pushed my head, "Five million, Grace, look at the fuss you're making, I'm getting sick of you. It's good to see the true face of Watson's scum early on, and when you're fashionable, you'll have a body and a face, and you'll still be worried about finding a good man. When the time comes, let Watson that scum regret it."

Listening to her words, I was thinking of something else.

I remembered that Christian had said that he was a businessman, a businessman who drove a luxury car of at least five million dollars, so he must be doing a lot of business, right?

Niki sent me home, ordered me not to go out again, and called her nanny over to take care of me for about ten days, until the injury on my hand was healed before the nanny left.

And these days, Christian didn't contact me again.

Every time my finger slipped over his number, I had the urge to dial it to say thank you, but after much hesitation, I resisted.

I thought he helped me out of a sense of justice, he was a big businessman, in the day-to-day business, I am afraid he has already forgotten this episode.

I did not anticipate that there would be entanglements between him and me, everything was not destined, but a premeditation.
